You can NOT get a strength inscribable diamond aegis. They only come inscribable in tactics, command, or motivation. BTW.. I have 2 para inscribable diamond aegis's if you're interested.

AFAIK the shields in Cantha should drop with a bonus that it normaly provided by an inscription which you cannot modify. Correct me if I am wrong.
